In order to sustain our centres services in 2025 and beyond, we aim to raise £25,000 this year. Our project is constantly seeking new fundraising opportunities to sustain its services. Every £50 raised gives a subsidised counselling / coaching session to someone who may not have access to affordable support alongside other free services we offer.  Are you able to assist with grant applications or organising a fundraising event? Join us for our new Origami Craft group led by the talented Gillian! We’re thrilled to invite you to this creative and therapeutic experience held at our Centre, located at 37a Marketplace, Cirencester. The group will meet on the last Friday of each month from 12:30 to 2:30 pm, beginning on Friday,  A minimum donation of £5 per session, anything above this would be gratefully appreciated – all materials and drinks are included. We were thrilled to be invited to the WI at Ampney Crucis this week to showcase our project. The group was incredibly welcoming, and we enjoyed a lovely cup of tea with them. Continuing to offer subsidised counselling, coaching, activities as well as free support groups is paramount to us. Our centre not only assists the homeless with the housing process in collaboration with the council, but also provides interventions aimed at preventing homelessness.  We achieve this by offering counselling, coaching, and anxiety support groups, which provide techniques for stabilisation and help reset the nervous system. This empowers individuals to regain confidence and take control of life’s challenges, allowing them to see the bigger picture. First Wednesday of every month 2.30pm – 4pm. Donation welcomed on the day. This group offers a safe space for individuals dealing with similar anxiety challenges. Joining a group can ease feelings of isolation and provide encouragement from other members. You don’t have to share your experiences, just come for a drink and gain some practical tools to help manage anxiety. Either register at place at [email protected] or simply drop in on the day.
