Submitting Grant Applications

We are reaching out for your help. 

Would you consider volunteering some time to help with submitting grant applications? 

Our project offers free support groups, as well as subsidised counselling, coaching, and art groups. 

This enables the community to access affordable support, eliminating the long waiting lists often associated with the NHS. No doctor’s referral is not necessary.

To continue providing these services, we need extra funding.

Join Us As A Counsellor

If you have experience in counselling and are passionate about helping others, we invite you to volunteer as a counsellor with us. This can be a rewarding and fulfilling way to use your skills to make a real difference in people’s lives. Just one hour a week of your time would make a difference.

Volunteer As A Support Group Facilitator

Support groups are a vital part of our project. They provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to share their experiences, thoughts, and feelings with others who are going through similar struggles. If you can facilitate a support group, we would be delighted to have you join us. Your role will involve guiding group discussions, ensuring all members feel safe and heard, and fostering a supportive and empathetic environment.

Contribute Your Creativity As An Arts & Crafts Volunteer

Art and crafts have proven therapeutic benefits, especially for individuals dealing with mental health issues. They provide a creative outlet and a means of self-expression, which can be incredibly healing. We are looking to expand our arts and crafts group at our centre and are seeking creative individuals who could facilitate this group. If this is something you would be interested in, please do get in touch.

Volunteer At Our Charity Shop

Our charity shop plays a crucial role in funding our activities and services. We are looking for volunteers who can spare a few hours a week to help us in the shop. Full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity to give back to your community, make new friends, and help us make a difference.

Become A Trustee

We are always looking for new trustees. Is event planning your thing? We are looking for someone to join our board of trustees who would be able to focus on setting up events to help raise funds for our project. Is this You? Please get in touch if you can help.
